Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the non-refundable $38 through Truvi.We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10am so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $175 dollars instead of $100.

  • No Unregistered Guests Are Allowed.Please note: A fee of $200 will apply for each additional guest beyond the number of guests in the reservation.

  • No parties or events allowed.

  • No smoking allowed.

  • Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

  • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

  • Please respect check-in and check-out times.

  • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

  • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

  • Please do your dishes.

  • Please take the trash out before you leave.

  • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Check-out Policy:All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance.If any guest remains after 10:00 AM without approval:
A $200 fee applies for the first hour (10:00–11:00 AM).
After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged.
Late check-out option:Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
Cost: $40.
New check-out time: 12:30 PM.
If guests stay past 12:30 PM (with approved late check-out):
A $200 fee applies starting at 1:30 PM, plus $100 per hour after that.

Checkout Instructions

  • 1. Dishes & Trash: Please load and start the dishwasher (or wash any dishes by hand). Gather all trash and place it in the outdoor trash can

  • 2. Laundry: Please collect all used towels and place them in the bathroom where washer/dryer is located. You do not need to strip the beds.

  • 3. Temperature: Set the thermostat to 73.

  • 4. Security: Make sure all lights and appliances are turned off, and all windows and doors are securely locked. Make sure fence is locked. Please leave front porch light ON

  • 5. Key/Access: Please ensure the smart lock is locked upon your final exit.

4. Home Amenities & Instructions

  • Kitchen: Included in your stay coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cups, plates, pots and pans.

  • Laundry: Combo Washier/Dryer located in upstairs bathroom. Bleach and Laundry detergent are provided

  • TV/Entertainment:All TVs are smart and are not currently signed in. If you sign into streaming service please remember to sign out. Arcade games are turned off. Please turn them off before checkout. Place all toys/games back in storage container.

  • Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Towels/Washcloths are in bedrooms, with each bedroom have 2 towels/wash clothes.

  • Baby/Toddler: There is a baby gate and pack in play in upstairs bedroom closet.

  • Backyard: Backyard, Pergola, Charcoal Grill are included in your stay. If using grill please dump ashes before checkout

  • Other:Hair dryers are located in upstairs and downstairs bedroom. Please keep one on each level. There is an iron/ironing board in bedroom with twin beds. If you need cleaning tools (broom etc) they are in both upstairs/downstairs closets. Should you need a flashlight there is one in upstairs closet

5. Local Area Guide

76 Macon Place is conveniently located near several Atlanta attractions and amenities. Here are some of our personal recommendations:

  • Transportation:

  • Ride-Sharing: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

  • Public Transit: Marta Bus #78

  • Parking: Driveway accommodates 4-6 cars. There is street parking but please follow local traffic laws.

Cleaning Checklist

  • Visually inspect each room and notate with an email any damages, missing items and/or items left by previous guests

Bedrooms

  • Strip all beds of linens

  • Make beds with new sheets & comforters

  • Wash previous bed linens including comforters (may have to be washed in separate cycles due to size; use quick wash cycle)

  • Set out new towels & wash cloths in each bedroom closet (2 towel & 2 washcloths per bedroom)

  • Wash previous towels & wash clothes and put in storage closet in basement (use quick wash cycle)

Kitchen

  • Wash all dishes & put away including checking dishwasher

  • Wipe down all countertops & sink

  • Throw away any left over food items

  • Clean fridge

  • Clean stove & oven

  • Leave 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod,& 1 laundry pod per day of stay; also leave out 1 roll of paper towels per 3 days of stay

Bathrooms

  • Clean tiolets

  • Clean all tubs & showers

  • Refill containers of hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner as needed

  • Clean mirrors & sink

  • Add new toilet paper plus 1 extra roll per bathroom

  • Sweep & mop floors

Outdoor

  • Walk around property & discard of any trash

  • Use outdoor broom to sweep the drain at basement back door to ensure it’s free of leaves

  • Put back outdoor furniture items as was set up as check in

Overall

  • Empty all trash cans and throw trash in trash bin outside (note trash bin should be taken down to curb Thursday for Friday am trash pickup)

  • Sweep & mop all floors in all rooms

  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and celing fans

  • Ensure all windows and doors are locked

  • Ensure curtains and blinds are shut
